Alignment of shafts and propellers

In TANAJET, one of the usual jobs that is carried out is the disassembly and assembly of the tail shafts, for the inspection of the captaincy and it is used to check that all the elements are in perfect conditions.

Dismantling, revision and assembly of an axle line:

Move to the Vavado V de Bravado for the disassembly of a line of axes, starting with the disassembly of the rudder, propeller, shaft, seals, friction bushes bow and stern to bring them to workshop for review and calibration, find shaft and worn bushings , the shaft propeller is disassembled to be able to carry the shaft to be machined and new bushes are also manufactured by applying a new antifriction component so that it has a better rotation.

With all the material ready, the blade is assembled in the workshop and taken to the varandadero V de Bravado to start assembling.

The bushings and seals are assembled and then proceed with the assembly of the shaft and propeller. With a pedal greaser the grease horn is filled to get it greased so you do not see any leakage. Once the shaft is assembled, we perform shaft alignment with gearbox. Later the boat is voted to the water and navigation tests are made.
