On the boat, the water, diesel, exhaust pipes and other elements are dismantled. Once dismantled and the engine is uncoupled, it is removed by a crane truck and taken to our facilities, to proceed with the complete dismantling of cylinder heads, pistons, connecting rods, liners, engine main bearings and the replacement of the crankshaft of the GUASCOR F360 main engine of a 25m long fishing boat, for its inspection, as well as auxiliary elements, such as injectors, pumps, coolers, turbos, at the TANAJET facilities. In the workshop, once the disassembly has been carried out, the block and parts are cleaned, hydraulic tests are carried out, all the disassembled elements are reconditioned and prepared, the injectors are checked and the assembly with the new spare parts is carried out. Once everything is assembled, adjustments are made and it is taken back to the boat for assembly and alignment, it is started up and start-up tests are carried out.
