Overhaul on Guascsor F360 main engine fishing boat.
In the boat we proceed to the disassembly of water pipes, diesel, exhaust and other elements, once disassembled and having the engine uncoupled, we proceed to its extraction with a truck crane to take it to our facilities, to proceed to the complete disassembly of cylinder heads, pistons, connecting rods, cylinder liners, bearings of the engine bed and replacement of the crankshaft of the main engine GUASCOR F360 of a fishing boat of 25m in length, for its review, connecting rods, liners, bearings of the engine bed and the replacement of the crankshaft of the main engine GUASCOR F360 of a fishing boat of 25m in length, for its revision, as well as the auxiliary elements, such as injectors, pumps, coolers, turbos, in TANAJET’s facilities. In the workshop once the disassembly is done, we proceed to the cleaning of the block and parts, hydraulics tests, recondition and prepare all the disassembled elements, the injectors are checked and we proceed to the assembly with new parts, once everything is assembled, it is adjusted, and it is taken back to the boat for assembly and alignment, it is put into operation and commissioning tests are made.
